Cathy Jenkins, Development Director

Cathy is a development professional based in New York City with 20+ years of donor stewardship, partnership building, and fundraising experience. She grew up on the Jersey Shore and is a graduate of Queens University of Charlotte with an MA in Communication. Cathy spent several years as a writer for publications in New Jersey, as well as for The Charlotte Observer and the Myrtle Beach Sun News. Prior to her role at Beyond Plastics, she served many national organizations, raising funds for disabilities, arts and culture, and mental health. She is a board member of NYC’s Gotham Roller Derby.
