Public Comments SUBMITTED!

Yesterday, Beyond Plastics and our allies submitted public comments to the EPA docket urging the agency to finalize a high priority designation of vinyl chloride with the ultimate goal of a complete ban. You can view the comments submitted by Beyond Plastics, Earthjustice, and Toxic-Free Future here and additional comments submitted by our organization and 27 other organizations here. Beyond Plastics and our allies also collected and submitted well over 10,000 comments on behalf of U.S. residents who are also urging the EPA to act quickly and decisively to eliminate the harms from vinyl chloride. We are grateful to all who joined us in submitting comments to the EPA on this critical threat to public health and our environment.
